Chill in the fridge or freezer at least an hour before use. If using from the freezer on your skin, remember to place a small towel between us and your skin.

Gently place on affected area. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. For cold use only, do not heat. Gently wash with warm, soap water and air dry to be used again and again. Store in your fridge, freezer or back in the pouch after use. If outer casing becomes pierced cease using immediately. If inner gel comes in contact with skin wash with soap and water. Inner gel is not for consumption.
