Smiling Mind
Smiling Mind is an Aussie not-for-profit with a vision to help every mind thrive.
Their goal is to create generational change in the mental health of Australians. Their mission is to provide life-long, evidence-based tools and the essential mental fitness skills needed to underpin good mental health and resilience from an early age.
Since launching in 2012, Smiling Mind has helped over 7 million people’s minds thrive through hundreds of free meditations, activities, tools and resources. You may have heard of their free app? Check it out here.
Smiling Mind and Allkinds have partnered in our shared goal to support kids and teens to do what they do best—just be! Through teaching self-care and self-acceptance, the next generation of Australian children will grow up with the resilience they need to feel unstoppably, uniquely and confidently themselves. And as that changes from day-to-day or moment-to-moment, Smiling Mind and Allkinds are here to help them be present, explore their emotions and go with life’s flow.
