Ice Roller: Just fill, freeze and use Ice Roller anytime as needed on clean skin. Ensure lid is tightly attached to the bottom, and through the opening on the lid fill with water to 80%. Close the opening and place in freezer standing up until frozen. Glide the Ice Roller in continuous upwards and outwards, roll in 30 second intervals for up to 2 minutes on each side your face. Your Ice Roller can be used for up to one week with each refill. To refresh your ice, leave in basin and let ice melt away, rise with warm water leave out to dry before re-filling. After icing your face, rinse with cold water and finish with your favourite moisturiser.

Eye Gels: Pop in fridge at least an hour, or freeze for 30 minutes before using Once chilled, carefully place your soothing Eye Gels on clean skin, under eyes for eyes for 10-15 minutes. Simply wipe clean with warm water after each use and leave out to dry.

Do not use on broken skin. In the event of an adverse reaction, discontinue use use immediately. For external use only. Potential choking hazard. Not recommended for children 3 years and under.
