Your use of this Website is governed by the terms set out below:

Legal Notice
With the exception of laws relating to customs and to taxes and duties on imported goods, the parties agree that the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia apply to your use of Allkinds Online.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria in relation to any dispute in relation to the sale and purchase of goods.
Signing up for Early Access
By signing up for early access, you agree to receive marketing communications from Allkinds, including updates, product launches and offers via email. Early access may provide the opportunity to hear about or shop selected products or promotions before the general public, however availability and timing are not guaranteed. You confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian to sign up, and that your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Authority to Leave (ATL)
For your convenience, Authority to Leave (“ATL”) will be selected by default at checkout.
By proceeding with your order where ATL remains selected, you expressly consent to your order being delivered and left unattended at your nominated shipping address in a safe place without requiring a signature (“ATL delivery”), or taken to your nearest collection point for later collection where a safe place is not available.
By proceeding with ATL, you acknowledge and agree that delivery will be deemed to have occurred once the parcel has been left at the address provided, and the risk of loss or damage passes to you at that time. Proof of delivery provided by the carrier will be accepted as conclusive evidence of delivery.
Allkinds will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to parcels after they have been delivered under ATL, and parcels will not be replaced or refunded (unless otherwise required by law).
You may opt out of ATL by unticking the relevant box during the checkout process. If ATL is deselected, a signature will be required on delivery, or your parcel will be taken to a collection point if no one is available to receive it.

How to Enter
Comment your answer to the riddle in the video below. Each new comment counts as a new entry (multiple entries are allowed).
Repost this video for one bonus entry.
You must be following @allkinds at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection to be eligible.
Entry Period
Entries open 24 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST, 28 August 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.
Eligibility
Open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and of any agencies or companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. (new)
The Prize
There one prize available, and one winner will be selected. The prize is PR bundle, valued at approximately AUD $100 RRP. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the prize is unavailable for reasons outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
All entries with a correct answer to the riddle will go into the draw.
The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries after the Entry Period closes.
The winner will be notified via TikTok DM within 2 days of the draw.
If we do not receive a response from the winner within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to select a secondary winner at random from the remaining correct entries, who will be notified via TikTok DM.
This process may be repeated if subsequent winners also fail to respond within 48 hours.
Verification & Disqualification
We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who submits a fraudulent, spam, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entry, or who does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
To claim the bonus entry, the repost must be public and reasonably identifiable as a repost of the original video.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who is not following @allkinds at the time of winner selection, even if they were following at the time of entry.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize, including any loss arising from a technical fault, or from an entry that is delayed, lost, incomplete or not received.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Promoter's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at the Promoter's option) to resupplying the prize or paying the cost of resupply.
The Promoter is not responsible for any TikTok outage, error or delay affecting entry or notification.
Privacy
Any personal information collected as part of this promotion (such as TikTok usernames and information provided for prize delivery) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the prize. Allkinds Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Allkinds Loyalty Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility:
To qualify for an Allkinds loyalty card, a customer must have an active Allkinds customer profile and make a minimum purchase of $30 in a single transaction. Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Allkinds website here. Please note, a parent or guardian must be present during each transaction with a child.
Earning Stamps:
Points are earnt on in-store purchases and are recorded by stamping your membership card. For every $30 spent in-store, one stamp will be awarded. Multiple stamps can be earned within a single transaction. Once six stamps are collected, you will be eligible to receive an Allkinds complimentary gift. Gifts may vary by store location and are subject to change at the sole discretion of the business. Gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Store Eligibility and Exclusions:
Stamps can only be earned at Allkinds concept stores. Purchases made at Allkinds locations within Myer or David Jones and on the Allkinds, Adore Beauty and The Iconic websites do not qualify for stamp collection. Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively and will only be provided at the time of purchase. Online purchases, refunds, exchanges, and purchases of gift cards do not qualify for this program.
Card Replacement:
In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged card, replacements will not be issued. Photographs or counterfeit cards are not accepted. Once all spaces on a card have been stamped, the card must be surrendered to the Allkinds store team to obtain your free gift, and a new card will be issued.
Program Changes:
The Allkinds Loyalty Program is subject to modification or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
Gift Wrapping Options
At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose between our classic Allkinds gift wrapping and our festive season Allkinds gift wrapping. Please note that while you can select your preferred style, the size of your gift box will be determined based on the size of your order.
Our warehouse team will package your items in either a small or large gift box as appropriate. The look and design may vary slightly between the different box sizes, ensuring the best fit and presentation for your items.
