Cuddly Cloud Hot and Cold Pack

Just hug, hold, or snuggle this oh-so cosy hot and cold pack anytime you want to feel like a cuddle. It can be chilled or heated to ease aches and pains wherever. To warm, just heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds, then wait for it to cool a bit so it’s safe to touch: place it wherever you want the cosy heat, then get comfy. For soothing cold therapy, remove outer casing and refrigerate or freeze for at least two hours—make sure you slip the icy gel bead pack back into the fabric casing before applying to skin.
