I come from coconuts, of course: they’re harvested from the coconut palm, also known as Cocos Nucifera.

I’m like a healthy drink for your skin and hair: I’m loaded with nourishing stuff like proteins, amino acids, sugars, vitamins and minerals—I help keep everything fortified and strong. I’m very lightweight and I’ve been known to have antibacterial properties, which means I help to leave skin feeling fresh and balanced.

I’m really not nuts: coconuts are technically categorized as “drupes”, which are fruits with a hard outer covering enclosing the seed.
