Just for you
Clearing Care is for skin that’s still growing up: not too harsh and still effective, its ingredients help heal spots while keeping your skin fresh.

So easy
We made skincare simple: no need to double cleanse, this gel cleanser removes dirt & oil and helps unclog pores to keep your face fresh.
We formulated Clearing Care with changing skin in mind. This cleanser’s special ingredients help calm skin and reduce the build-up of dirt on skin which causes bacteria that leads to acne.
Keep skin clean, fresh and spot-free with Clearing Care. Apply 1-2 pumps onto wet fingertips & thoroughly massage all over face, avoiding your eyes. Wipe face firmly (but make sure you're gentle) with a clean, wet face washer. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat skin dry. Follow with Clearing Care Moisturiser for a complete routine.
We use airless pump bottles to keep your cleanser fresh. The mechanism needs to be activated before the first use. It can take up to 20 or so pumps to get started (don’t worry – it’s just this once).
Kids products didn't meet our high standards for formulation and fun—here's what we cut out to fix that:
Triethanolamine (TEA)
TEA is used as fragrance, pH adjuster and emulsifying agent. It has been linked to being an eye and skin irritant. We use safer alternatives.
,
Polybutene
Polybutene is used as a binder and may be a skin irritant for products used around the eyes, on the skin, or aerosolized. We've said 'no' to using it on skin that's growing up.
,
Propylene Glycol
Propylene glycol is a synthetic additive that belongs to the same chemical group as alcohol. It can cause irritation, so we've elected not to use it on kids delicate skin.
,
Animal testing
Our products are not tested on animals and are cruelty-free.
,
Mineral Oils
Mineral oil and petroleum jelly are both by-products of petroleum refinement and both are considered petrochemicals. It can be pore-clogging and may exacerbate acne-prone conditions.
,
Phthalates
Phthalates are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break. Phthalates are linked to endocrine disruption, developmental and reproductive toxicity, and cancer and have been banned from cosmetic products in the EU.
,
Parabens
Parabens are a preservative used to prevent bacteria that is potentially hormone-impacting for humans. So we cut it.
,
Talc
Talc is a mineral substance linked to irritation, cancer and organ system toxicity. Talc exposure, especially via personal care products, can also lead to a diseased respiratory tract as characterized by laboured breathing and coughing.
,
Methylisothiazolinone
Methylisothiazolinone is a preservative that is a known allergen and skin sensitizer, It can cause severe, painful rashes, as well as lung toxicity– our formulas use safe, higher quality alternatives.
,
EDTA
EDTA is a preservative that can cause irritation. It can also cause some ingredients to be more absorbed by skin– we don't want significant absorption: our formulas are created to be appropriate strengths for kids' skin.
,
Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde helps prevent microbes from growing in water-based products and is used as a preservative. It is a known carcinogen, as well as an eye, skin, and respiratory irritant.
,
Animal derived ingredients
Our products are totally vegan: we don't use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
,
Silicone
Silicones tend to be “filler” and don’t contribute much to product efficacy. Further, for acne-prone people, silicones can act as a ‘barrier’ and trap oil, dirt, and dead skin cells, making acne worse. They are also bio accumulative: once they’re rinsed down the drain, they contribute to the build-up of pollution in oceans and waterways and may not break down for hundreds of years.
,
Triclosan
Triclosan is an antibacterial agent that has been linked to concerns such as endocrine disruption, bioaccumulation, and the emergence of bacteria resistant to antibacterial products. It is also toxic to aquatic ecosystems.
,
SLS/SLES
SLS & SLES are plant-based surfactants, which means they create foam which helps things to lather up. We don't use them because they are a known skin irritant and possible carcinogen.
