For detangling and brushing, start by sectioning hair, then comb ends gently and work your way to the root—shape hair by using small strokes in the style you want. If you have curly hair: section hair first, then gently brush damp hair from roots to ends, pausing after each section to gently scrunch curls back to scalp—and scrunch in Curl Defining Creme if desired. To blow dry, apply a heat protectant to damp hair, then section hair and hold comb under section at the root while slowly brushing down to ends, following the motion with your blow dryer.
